How To Get A Girl To Like You Again When You Screw Up
Every once in a while, we all screw up. Some of us more often than others. And we all need second chances from time to time.
If you’re here to learn how to get a girl to like you again after you let that special someone slip away, know that it’s not necessarily a hopeless situation. Even still, you need to follow a few “rules” if you really want a solid chance of winning back her affections.
Before you do anything else, make sure you really want the relationship back. Sometimes relationships end for a good reason. Not necessarily in good ways, but for good reasons. Some people are just better off being apart.
For example, if you cheated on your girlfriend and she broke up with you because of it, your only thought may be getting back together with her. But before you do, I’d encourage you to consider for a moment the reasons behind your (still inexcusable) behavior.
Were you unhappy, for whatever reason? Were you not getting what you wanted out of the relationship that you were in? And if so, are you sure that jumping back into that relationship is the healthiest thing to do at this point?
Before you really make the effort to capture her heart one more time, consider your own motivations. With that in mind, let’s talk about how to get a girl to like you again.
1. Make The Changes
If you’re serious about rekindling the flames between you and your girl, you need to make the necessary changes on your part. Don’t just fake it for the sake of restarting a relationship. If you do, you’ll find yourself right in the midst of the same old problems over and over again.
Establish what went wrong, and fix that problem. Returning to the old status quo isn’t going to make either one of you happy. Remember, the old relationship is dead. Gone. Kaput!
So genuinely consider what went wrong between the two of you and decide how best to remedy that before picking things up afresh.
2. Give Her Space
Don’t text her continuously, don’t call her incessantly, and don’t stalk her at her work, home, or school. Make clear that you’re there, that you’re interested, and that you’re available if she wants to reach out. But sometimes all a girl really needs is some space to re-evaluate the situation. The last thing you want to do is come across as needy or desperate.
With a little time and space, she may realize she made a terrible mistake in letting you go. Allow her the space to think things through for herself, and don’t make her feel smothered by constantly pressuring her to talk to you.
3. Remind Her Of Your Value
You’ll need to impress her, sure. But you’ll need to do it discreetly from a distance.
Let her see you living your life in a healthy, fun way, and let her miss that. Show her the side of you she fell in love with from the very beginning, but do it in a way that isn’t a desperate attempt to win her back.
If you want to get a girl to like you again, let her watch you, let her miss you, and let her start to fondly reminisce about the good times. If you’re not quite sure how to go about this, help is readily available if you look for it. In fact, there are many excellent text messages inside Michael Fiore’s Text Your Ex Back that can help you avoid being needy or desperate while simultaneously reminding her why she fell in love with you in the first place.
